Our BST Detectable Boning Knives are manufactured in Sheffield, England, a city with rich steel and knife making heritage. The knife blade is made from fully hardened, tempered stainless steel and is easy to clean. The handle is insert moulded from BST XDETECT, which will withstand dishwasher use and has the advantages of being detectable by metal detection and x-ray inspection systems.

Blue handled detectable catering knives are kept in stock at BST and are sold individually, with other coloured knives manufactured to order with a minimum order quantity of 10.
