Returns Policy
At BST Detectable Products, we are committed to supplying high-quality goods. If you need to return items or believe your order has arrived damaged or defective, please read the following conditions carefully.
1. Damaged or Defective Goods
All goods must be inspected by the customer upon delivery.
Any alleged damage, defect, shortage, or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must allow BST Detectable Products a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods in question.
If no notification is received within 7 days, the goods will be deemed to be free from defects or damage.
For defective goods that we agree may be rejected, our liability is limited (at our discretion) to either:
Replacing the goods, or repairing the goods.
2. Returns
We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
The return has been pre-approved in writing by BST Detectable Products.
Goods are returned at the customer’s cost (after notifying BST Detectable Products within 7 days of delivery).
Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including:
All original packaging
Brochures, manuals, and instruction materials
Goods must not have been used improperly, damaged, or stored incorrectly.
3. Return Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns unless the goods are confirmed to be damaged or defective.
4. Exclusions
Returns outside of the 7 day notification period will not be accepted.
Goods not meeting the conditions above may be refused.
