If the equipmemt is installed, the location must also be examined at the following points; After installation or after assembly but before first use on a site or in a new location.
Should the equipment be hired it should be accompanied by a physical copy of the last examination report. The Asset Tag Holder should be permanently fixed to the equipment in a suitbale safe place. Perform a thorough inspection of the equipment and complete the insert. In the result of an insepction failure remove the insert and inform a supervisor.
