A daily pre-work inspection should bve carried out and recorded on these tags.
The MEWP Safety Tag Insert is designed to be used with the Max Asset Tag Holder and should be permanently fixed to the equipment in a suitable safe place. Peform an inspection (a checklist is printed on the reverse) and record the result on the tag. In the event of the equipment failing tghe inspection, remove the insert and inform a supervisor.
