Tube Brushes

We have a range of different diameter tube cleaning brushes, from 10mm to 60mm in 10mm increments, that are suitable for the cleaning of tubes and bottles.

The brush handles are blue non detectable polypropylene plastic and the brush bristles are metal detectable polybutylene terephthalate plastic. Please note there are possible variations in the grey colour of the bristles.

We have a wide range of hygienic brushes and brooms featuring fully detectable, specially formulated, moulded-in bristles. The PBT bristle material has very low moisture absorption, high temperature resistance, good wear resistance and can be autoclaved. Stray bristles are designed to be detected by in line metal detection systems which are widely used throughout the food industry. By being detected, contaminated food can be automatically rejected, actively reducing foreign body contamination associated with regular brush bristles.
