Manufactured in Great Britain, these heavy weight, fully detectable mallets are a solid two piece construction to minimise the risk of contamination. They feature high abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction, are highly impact resistant, and feature an ergonomic gripped handle.
The current batch of these mallets features a stainless-steel pin for added strength. Future batches will revert to the original design (without a stainless-steel pin) but will be moulded to stricter tolerances to ensure improved strength and the highest safety standards.
The pin has purposely been left very slightly proud of the mallet head to avoid a build-up of bacteria in the hole.
