Detectable Brushes
All our brushes feature strong metal detectable PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) bristles. We offer a variety of designs from small tube brushes ideal for cleaning tubes and bottles to extra-long utility brushes ideal for cleaning large containers, buckets and machinery. We also have a selection of broom heads designed to fit easily and securely to our aluminium broom handles, which are supplied separately.
Detectable brush bristles do require a sensitive metal detector in order to be reliably detected. Smaller detector apertures work best, such as those used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and some confectionery production lines.
